Once upon a time there was an old sixteenth-century fortress with a story to tell.
Once upon a time there was a wine cellar, our wine cellar, that made the perfect place to produce and age Trentodoc wines. The countryside around us has always been home to the perfect geometry of traditional vineyards with Trentino pergola trained vines alongside bold, densely planted Guyot-trained vines in the French style.
This is where we were born, and we do our best to preserve and work with everything nature has to offer us, giving voice to our grapes in wines expressing our local traditions and culture.

Join us in the place where they are made. From vine to bottle, enjoy our very own sparkling, red and white.

Take in the surroundings of our beautiful vineyard and learn how we produce our wine. The experience will end with a tasting.

We open the doors of our wine cellar
for an adventure in the flavours and aromas of Balter wines. Please come in!
The winery tour takes about an hour. We’ll tell you all about how we were born, how we’ve changed, and the path that brought us here. We’ll do it as you sip our wines, in an informal, inclusive setting that brings people together. Tours are available in English on request. To truly enjoy the experience, we recommend dressing appropriately for a wine cellar, with comfortable, warm clothing.

Il proprietario si è dedicato a noi al 100% raccontandoci anche i dettagli dell’allevamento delle sue vigne e del Trento DOC metodo classico. Eccellenti i loro vini che hanno una forte personalità e raccontano una storia di passione e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente per comprare altre bottiglie quando saremo in zona

April 27, 2019Great wine house! The owner took us to a tour around the place, showing us all the process of producing wine, explaining all in italian and english. Its a family business and the daugther - Clemantina, let us try from a veriaty wines they produce there. If you are in the area, its a great place to stop by.

October 3, 2015Super quaint winery with extremely friendly staff. They took the time to explain & show the entire Spumante making process from grape to sale, from their in house production. Great tasting Spumante & wine with a gorgeous view over the valley.
